I am originally from Melbourne but live in Sydney and all of my family struggle to get decent pastizzi in Melbourne.
They have tasted your pastizzi when they come up and stay with me and love them - they are the best we have tasted.
You would do well in Melbourne as there is a huge Maltese population. I hope there may be a presence in the not too distant future.
